About US

The European Defence Readiness Chamber (abbreviated EDRCH) was registered on 05.05.2021 in Prague in ounify the supply network in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, with subsequent expansion to other NATO and EU countries. Proper unification of suppliers will result in more transparent behavior with tenderers, reducing the scope for corruption and enriching certain groups that have created a corrupt environment.

We consider it essential to create a secure business environment that will not be economically and energetically dependent on the individual powers. As the European Chamber of Security Preparedness, it is essential to involve Ukraine in the Chamber’s projects and processes and to assist the country in the process of independence and other processes that will ensure Ukraine’s full readiness for EU and NATO and accelerate the whole accession process.

What we do?

Delivery of humanitarian aid

Production and modernization of military equipment for a good defense of Ukraine

Restoration of infrastructure in Ukraine

Increasing the transmission capacity of electricity between the Slovak Republic and Ukraine and vice versa

Construction of training and ecucational centers both on the territory of Ukraine and on the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Preparation of joint projects that will help launch the Ukrainian economy in industry, defense, agriculture and services

Our main targets

in relation to Ukraine

Ensuring independent supplies of military equipment for Ukraine. Build a network of reliable and transparent companies based in NATO countries that will reliably fulfill their obligations to Ukrainian partners in the field of military supplies and thus ensure stability of military supplies both for Ukraine’s own needs and to meet Ukrainian companies‘ commitments to their partners in third markets.

Another task of the Chamber will be to find such partners in NATO countries who will be willing to help build their own defense industry in Ukraine, which will meet the demanding quality requirements required of suppliers of military equipment to armies in NATO countries and jointly participate in military research projects.

Last but not least, the Chamber’s task will be to find suitable partners for building a concept for servicing military vehicles and equipment, which will ensure the reliability of vehicles and other material throughout its life cycle. This is done by setting up appropriate logistics for stocks and ensuring repairs of equipment in the required places.

Given the above facts, it will be necessary to analyze in detail the individual Ukrainian plants in heavy engineering and also in energy. Many plants are not in good economic condition and therefore it is necessary to evaluate their potential in the future. Based on these analyzes, decide whether it is important to revitalize the plants and save employment in them or not. In this process, it is necessary to involve the potential of other companies from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other EU countries that would be interested in creating subsidiaries or branches in Ukraine.

Last but not least, Ukraine’s energy independence needs to be ensured. It is necessary to introduce new energy technologies to Ukraine and to establish these technologies in Ukraine.

Ways for reaching our goals

Specific models of cooperation between selected companies and their Ukrainian counterparts in defined areas will be agreed:

  • Production and modernization of military equipment for the needs of Ukraine
  • Production and modernization of military equipment for the needs of supplies to third markets
  • Service and ensuring the reliability of military equipment used in the Ukrainian army throughout its life
  • Ensuring the achievement of quality standards of NATO countries in the production of military equipment for Ukraine’s own needs
  • Ensuring the achievement of quality repairs and production for the supply of military equipment of Ukrainian companies to third markets so that there is no enormous increase in price, which the third country market would not be willing to accept
  • Prepare joint military research projects that could ensure the supply of the final product both for the needs of Ukraine and to NATO countries
  • Construction of training and education centers both in Ukraine and in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Ensure secure energy transfer between Ukraine and Slovakia and vice versa
  • Increase energy transmission capacity between the Slovak Republic and Ukraine and vice versa
